FAQ
How much does it cost to list my land on Traqhunter?
Listing is free. When a booking is paid, Traqhunter keeps a 4% landowner fee from your price. Riders also pay a separate 11% service fee on top, which does not come out of your earnings.
How do I get paid?
Payments run through Stripe Connect. You connect a bank account once, and when a rider pays, your share of the booking is sent to your Stripe account. Stripe then pays it out to your bank on its payout schedule.
Who sets the price and the rules?
You do. You set your day and weekend rates, the vehicles and activities you allow, riding hours, and house rules, and you can block any dates.
Do I need insurance to host?
Yes. Traqhunter does not currently provide insurance, and we ask for proof of your own liability coverage before your land goes live. Talk to your insurance agent about recreational use of your property.
Do riders sign a waiver?
Yes. Every rider reviews and signs Traqhunter's participant agreement, waiver, release of liability, and assumption of risk before paying for a booking.
Can I approve riders before they book?
Yes. Choose request to book and you can accept or decline each request, and see the rider's star rating from other landowners. Or turn on instant booking for less back-and-forth.
